Where we are
The Warwick Home Therapy clinic is located 16 kilometres north of Perth's CBD. There is easy access to the clinic via the Mitchell freeway and the clinic is also within walking distance to the Warwick train station on the Joondalup line.
What we offer
We provide training for home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients who want more control over their dialysis treatments at home. We also train carers and partners who need to support someone dependent on these therapy modalities.
Our highly skilled dialysis nurses not only provide training but also conduct regular clinical follow-ups to check how our patients are managing with their therapy. They also complete bi-annual home support visits for each patient to ensure they are dialysing well in their home environment. Additionally, patients receive support by their renal specialist from their tertiary hospital.
Who we support
Our Home Dialysis clinic supports people who live in metro, country and remote areas of Western Australia with the aim of returning patients home to dialyse independently.
